Corporate governance executive officers

Following the resolution of the Board of Directors on May 11, 2023, our company has appointed Lin Hsiu-Chin as the corporate governance executive officer. Lin Hsiu-Chin possesses over three years of managerial experience in finance and shareholder affairs in publicly listed companies.

The primary responsibilities of the corporate governance executive officer include: 

1. Legally handling matters related to the meetings of the Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Meeting.
2. Preparing minutes for the Board of Directors and Shareholders’ Meetings.
3. Assisting directors with their induction and ongoing education.
4. Providing directors with the information necessary for the execution of their duties.
5. Assisting directors in complying with laws and regulations.
6. Reporting to the Board of Directors on the review results regarding whether independent directors meet the qualifications in accordance with relevant laws and regulations during their nomination, election, and tenure.
7. Handling matters related to changes in the Board of Directors.
8. Other matters stipulated by the company’s articles of association or contracts.
