Corporate Sustainability Policy

Forcecon is committed to fulfilling its corporate citizenship responsibilities, we strive to promote balance and sustainable development among economic, social, and environmental ecosystems. In accordance with the 「Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies」, we have established the Forcecon「Sustainability Development Best Practice Principles」. These principles ensure compliance by all colleagues and serve as guiding principles for long-term activities aimed at promoting corporate sustainability.

  • Operating with integrity as a principle, we oppose any form of corruption, embezzlement, and bribery. We require all employees to adhere to 「Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles」 and「Codes of Ethical Conduct」.
  • Implementing corporate governance, complying with various legal provisions, enhancing the transparency of operational information, and fully considering the interests and impact on stakeholders (including employees, customers, suppliers, the community, and the environment).
    • The company discloses information about its operations, corporate governance, and financial status in accordance with regulations, and publishes annual reports and financial statements on the company’s website and the public information observation station each year.
    • The company’s independent directors emphasize independence and professionalism, properly plan corporate innovation and development strategies, and effectively supervise, and protect shareholder rights.
  • Deepening customer partnerships, we provide high-value services to our clients, committed to the sustainable operation and development of the company, creating a win-win situation and pursuing the maximum benefit for both parties. We continuously research and develop new technologies and applications, produce high-efficiency products, and provide comprehensive system design support and services to our customers.
  • Pursuing environmental sustainability, we have established quality and non-hazardous substance policies to ensure the realization of green design and production of products. We promote energy conservation and carbon reduction by adopting various management measures to minimize the operational impact on the environment. We require all our suppliers to comply with the non-hazardous substance policy, minimizing the environmental impact of production.
  • Embodying corporate values and commitments, we regard employees as the most important asset of the enterprise. Upholding the principle of co-creation and sharing by all, we offer competitive salaries and implement safety and health measures to safeguard employee health, creating a safe working environment. We value employee rights, treat everyone without discrimination, and do not tolerate any inhumane treatment; furthermore, employee compensation and working hours comply with local legal provisions, and we strictly prohibit child labor.
