Salary and Remuneration Committee
The Salary and Remuneration Committee was established by the resolution of Board of Directors on October 21, 2011. Members of the Salary & Remuneration Committee evaluate the company’s remuneration policy and structural for directors, supervisors, and senior executives. The major function of the Committee is to make recommendations to the board of directors as a reference for decision-making.
